Ken Saxton – Owner

Ken is the hands on owner of KNP Construction, Inc, as such, he sees to it that all projects are properly managed and facilitates in communication between Owners, Architects and project superintendents to assure that the project is on schedule and within budget. Other responsibilities include; estimating, designing and supervising all activities of the company.


Lance Saxton – General Manager / Estimator

As General Manager, Lance is responsible for numerous jobs here at KNP. He oversees the project superintendents and office staff to make sure that things run smoothly. As part of his responsibilities he takes care of the estimating process, ensuring that our owners receive the best quality bid for the lowest price. Lance also assists in communicating with owners to ensure that they get what they want out of their project.


Melanie Hickman – Purchasing

If you need it Melanie can get it for you, and she will get the best price for what ever you need. As our purchasing agent Mel handles everything that is set up on the job. From mobile offices to temporary power, small tools to rental equipment, Mel is the one to call. She also assists in the bidding process by sending out bid invitations to each of our subcontractors, preparing plans and uploading them onto our website, printing plans for subcontractors and working with Lance to assure that we get the best prices.


Ryan Rasor – Office Manager

Most days Ryan is the first voice you hear when you call our office. He is responsible of many of the day to day operations of the company including; accounts receivable and payable, processing checks, writing contracts and lien waivers and keeping records in order. Other responsibilities include keeping the computers and network running and all around IT work.
